However, if you experience dizziness, do not drive or operate any machines. ALCOHOL Avoid consumption of alcohol while taking ROSYCAP GOLD 10/75MG CAPSULE, as it may increase the risk of stomach bleeding and aggravate your existing condition. KIDNEY ROSYCAP GOLD 10/75MG CAPSULE is not recommended for use in patients with moderate-to-severe kidney disease and should be used with caution in patients with other kidney problems. LIVER ROSYCAP GOLD 10/75MG CAPSULE is not recommended for use in patients with severe liver disease or active liver disease and should be used with caution in patients with a history of liver disease. ALLERGY Do not take ROSYCAP GOLD 10/75MG CAPSULE if you are allergic to Clopidogrel, Rosuvastatin, Aspirin, or prostaglandin synthetase inhibitors (e.g., naproxen, ibuprofen, mefenamic acid, indomethacin). LUNGS ROSYCAP GOLD 10/75MG CAPSULE should be used with caution in patients with interstitial lung disease or severe respiratory failure. HEART DISEASE ROSYCAP GOLD 10/75MG CAPSULE is not recommended for use in patients with recent ischemic stroke. USE IN PEDIATRICS ROSYCAP GOLD 10/75MG CAPSULE is not recommended for use in children under 6 years of age and is generally not recommended for use in children and adolescents (under 18 years of age) due to the increased risk of bleeding. USE IN GERIATRICS ROSYCAP GOLD 10/75MG CAPSULE should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged 70 years or above) due to the increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and perforation, especially with prolonged use.
